yes that is the radio on all the youtube videos that show them using Fiat calculator to get the code. Mopar or

Blaupunkt radio.​

1 How to get that radio to display the code
2 Get the code or the calculator for the code?
I have never seen a manufacturer not put their name on their products but I am guessing its the Blaupunked
