ALSO when checking on SIGNAL FINDER as standard it is preset to - 'Predifined Transponder', it shows no signal, you have to toggle to 'User Defined Transponder' to get it to show signal level...
Tuners are different. Some will deal with extra signal, some will fall over. Some will pick up lower signals others will not. As an example, a Vu single tuner will work, but a twin tuner will need an attenuator. Defies logic as one is a twin tuner and you'd think that they would need more signal.
With all due respect, what you used to do and what you need to do are different things.
We have established your receiver is fine as it works at another place. I'd encourage you to try the the attenuators, you rejected this suggestion.
If your mother is on same NetID as you, there is no need to do any more scans. Just test the variables until you get a picture.
It's working !!!!! Tried 3,6,10,12 dB on the input to box and still nothing...
Tried same on Router and it worked on 12dB attenuator !!!
THANKS FOR ALL YOUR HELP GUYS !!!
Just got set up EPG/HDD etc and why i purchased a twin tuner for now...lol

HI Guys,
I know this is an OLD thread but maybe people searching for a solution will read it and solve their issues with Signal on ZGemma Receivers.!
I Kept sending mine back to Seller who constantly told me on his Setup and Tests it worked, SO i was totally frustrated.
I DO NOT give up easily so I got another the Fifth Box and after trying out this method below the Tuners kicked IN and are now working 100%.!!!!!
I had many problems regarding this issue with the Signal on a LOT of ZGemma receivers.
Mine was the Zgemma H7S with Triple Tuners, 2x DVB-S2X and 1x C-T2
I SOLVED my issue by UNSCREWING and taking OFF the Cable with f-connector from Rear and then putting it back ON but NOT
tightening too much, LEAVE it pretty loose.!!!!
DON'T tighten it so MUCH that it reaches MAX.!!!!!!!
This brought my signal back straight away.!!!!
It was driving me NUTS because ALL other Receivers I tried on the same Cable worked great NO problems whatsoever.
Hope this Helps.
