App Updates Notifications

Is there a way to show what apps have updates ? (Galaxy s5)

On the iPhone it shows the number of updates on the face of the app store icon, I cant seem to find a setting like this for Android

Usually get a pop up update notification m8

Failing that log in to the play store on your phone and then go to your apps,it will then show if there are any outstanding app updates

if you log into the store then there should be a drop down menu (top left on a HTC? not sure if the same on sammy) choose my apps and then choose to update al or individual

if you have ticked the box for auto update , it will auto update when youre on wifi and if not, you will get a notification to update any apps that are not auto update, or at least i do. ????

I had 9 updates, but not had any pop ups

Cause you broke it

Try clearing the play store data in Settings-Apps-Play store

You will probably then need to log back into the Play Store,hopefully that will sort it out

Every now and then i get a popup asking do i want to autoupdate apps by wifi. I clicked yes by mistake once and with my cheapo Galaxy Y (which had no space left for updates) every time i turned it on, it would try updating the apps and fail (couldn't use the phone till it went through all the motions) took ages. Had to do a factory reset in the end as i couldn't find how to turn it off. lol

I tend not to get app update notifications unless I turn the phone completely off/on again.
