Skybox M3 blank f3

just wondering if there is any help out there in regards to a f3 i picked up of a famous selling site.the box bootsup okay but all the channels are blank and if i go into menu on the remote there just a pic of iron man nothing else ive flashed it but no joy its as though its missing the main program if that explains it
