Bloody NTL Broadband

Bloody NTL! First I get the modem Saturday, then it takes 2 days to get working!!! Then I find out i'm on 128k when I wanted to be on 512k. So I phone them, 'Yes sir we'll sort that now for you'. 12 Hours later, i do my tests and it's still bloody 128k!!!!

Does anyone else have any good sites that test connection??
I'm gonna blast them again in the morning.

Hi Goldberg.

Well, my only advice as a happy NTL broadband customer is to stick with it.

I've had problems with engineers, salesmen, customer services from NTL in the past (including their previous incarnations as Nynex and Cable and Wireless), but after teething problems my NTL broadband is fast and stable.
