I have used claranet for the past few years but lately they are getting right up my nose. Sometimes it takes three or four attempts to get online. If this is some tactic to make me switch to their broadband it wont work. I am looking around but feel no loyalty to an ISP that falls down on its 2nd class service as I feel non-broadband users will inherit.
