Echo Show 5

Hi Guys

I have an Echo Show 5 that is stuck on Amazon logo, does anyone happen to know how i can fix this?
I have checked the usual Google and YouTube but i cant get past the logo, i can get into the little menu thing that has bootloader and a few other options but i still cant get this to work.

Any ideas or fix will be greatly appreciated.

There has to be a way maybe to reflash the software or something?

I had a slightly different thing but disconnected it for 24 hours and it's been ok since, also goto settings and try and stop updates.

There's no option and it's not likely anyone has been putting considerable effort into due to the way the H/W is locked down. If anyone was even working on it - and I kinda feel like I'd know or at least find out real quick - you'd be better served checking the XDA forums.

If anybody does hear anything please give me a shout, such a waste and it is pretty decent little service when it runs
