Morrisons is giving away a free hot meal for the first two weeks of July, no questions asked. The supermarket chain has partnered with Heinz to serve up free jacket potatoes topped with Heinz Cheesy Beans from July 1 until July 14.
All customers have to do is "Ask for Henry" when they get to the till at Morrisons cafes to receive the meal. The supermarket says that the scheme aims to provide some financial relief to customers - many of whom will be preparing for a stretch of time without the support of school meal programmes.
Supermarket staff have been trained on the code word ‘Henry’ and will understand phrases like “Is Henry here?”, “Henry,” “Can I have a Henry?”, “Can I ask for Henry?” or similar expressions.
