What a crock of s**t Freeserve has turned out to be.I've been wiyh them from the out set,and since I started paying for the service it's gone downhill fast.While everyone else is cutting the cost of thier service Freeserve have announced an increase from £13.99 a month to £14.99 amonth.It took me 14 attempts to get access tonight.Enough is enough I think ADSL is the way to go. <img src="frown.gif" border="0"> <img src="frown.gif" border="0">

I have used a few isps and freeserve have only given me probs on two occasions? Have u read your emails and changed to different dial up nos that they send?<br />Sorry but cant call freeserve for service!

Thought the increase was £12.99 to £13.99?<br />I have just signed back up to them. If you have ever been with 24/7 any ISP is probably good.<br />I have never had problems with Freeserve.

Yep guys I did change my dial up number about a month ago, and chaz you're quite right mate,my mistake it is £12.99 to £13.99 but it still hard to get connected on an evening, I don't know if it's the area(north east)or what,but my mate has a similar problem.at any rate for the difference in price from April I still think I might give ADSL a go.Cheers for now

hi lad;s i had freeserve for 2.1/2 years with no problem;s at al but last week they cut me right off without even telling me when i phoned them i was told my account was now clased as my switch card must have a new issu date wich means i got a new switch card as my last one expired> Iwas told to just rejoin from there website but when i tried to do that i find they dont want switch now .Tell me they only take delta or visa or master card. As dont have any off these cards they told me to go get one from the bank. This is a customer who has been with them for 2.1/2 years . I;v now gone with aol for £14.99 & let me tell you it is a bag of shit . Ido intend going back to freeserve as with aol you spend mor time on the freephone help line asking why u keep getting cut off . I;v spent more time on the phone to aol than i have on aol;s iternet lol

I HATE FREESERVE.
