my security ?

I have XP pro installed on my pc and have noticed thatsometimes when I try to shut my computer down I get the message another computer is currently logged on to my computer do I still wish to close down, now this sounds like a security breach to me..
I am currently useing SYGATE PRO and dont think I ever had this trouble when using Zone ALARM...
There is a program that I am alreted to that tries to conect when I boot up.. could this be a trojan ???

The message I get is " NDIS USERMODE DRIVER has recieved a broadcast packet from the remote machine (172.27.175.254) do you want to allow access to the server"

Should I be concerned ???

I always used to get my firewalls etc anti virus from this site which at first looks like a goldmine,

Black Ice Defender , etc , Zone alarm Pro,

but once installed hours or maybe days later the firewalls etc used to deactivate them selves in front of my very eyes,

So in my way of thinkin the protection I thought I was downloading included some suprise,s , ie trojans,

So I started to download a free trial from a legit site cnet.com etc, zd net.com,

then look elswhere for the keygen to make it a working copy,

this way I was virtualy guranteed to be getting a legit firewall etc, antivirus ,

never had an ounce of trouble since,

just remember the saying "All that glitters is not Gold!"
