I have just signed up with NTL. I have a BT phone Line and pay £15 a month for this. In return I get 24/7 access. The £15 pounds is a min charge so for example if I spend £15 on phone calls then my internet is free for that month, but if I spend £10 on phone calls then they make it up to the min of £15 and the internet will then of cost me £5 for that month. Anyone had any problems with this ISP as it seems okay to me.
