The file is corrupt and is also ending in .zip.part, if you rename it to .zip its still corrupt. Can you upload the correct file please. I think its because Malwarebytes detects it as unsafe so that may have something to do with it.

Apologise, it was infact Malwarebytes aborted the d/l half way through hence the .part . All good now.
