Getting "No permission to download" and inactive status, premium member since 2018.
Can you plase fix it.

Ok ive looked at the payment logs and you are there .

This was a 6 month subscription that has now expired. It should of been extended in September if you wished to continue but i see no payment log for that, if you can provide proof i can adjust your account.
