Is a homemade joystick for ps4 possible

Hi guys, I'm.tinking of trying to make a ps4 joystick for a friend. Would I be able to make one of these kits? Thanks in advance guys

Apart from having no case, surely this suposed kit dosen't have the correct amount of buttons and controls.
