Openbox S11 question

Daughter had a zgemma combo satbox upstairs but HD port blew so I used composite. Then last night red light stuck on standby so bin it goes I can't be arsed she only watches FTA.

I dug out an old Openbox S11 but the Favs has loads missing. Can someone please jog my memory how I update the Favs.
I used the tp_prog file on a stick misc files but comes back upgrade none

Sussed sorry simple thing unzipped it but left it in folder on stick, ffs
