To transfer Themes to PS3 make a file on any USB device, including PSP, named “PS3.” Inside that file make another folder titled “THEME,” put your themes in that one. Connect the USB device to the PS3 then go to “THEMES” in XMB and select “Install.”

this doesnt seem to work using a usb 2.0 flash drive all i can do is upload pics as wallpaper i cannot upload the theme. anyone know if it is possible via a usb 2.0 flash drive?

I aint Tried it sarge, but did you use capital letters to name your folders mate.? if not try that,
